You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and handles its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, a good first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Still, Digbetharena Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include reaching out to the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
